Refund Policy

Simple Version: Complete the program. No interviews within 100 days? You have until day 180 to request a refund. A $250 admin fee applies to cover processing costs.
1. Interview Guarantee
100K Pathway guarantees qualifying job interviews within 100 calendar days of program enrollment. If you do not receive the minimum guaranteed interviews (based on your tier) within this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund of your upfront program fee, minus a $250 administrative fee.
1.1 Qualifying Interviews Defined
A qualifying interview must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Full-time W-2 employment position
- Base salary of $80,000/year or higher
- Company with 20 or more employees
- Candidate has legal work authorization in target country (valid work visa or citizenship)
- Position matches participant's target role and experience level
- Interview scheduled and confirmed by the employer

2. Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, participants must:
Program Completion Requirements
- Portfolio Projects: Complete all required portfolio projects for your tier (1, 2-3, or 3-4 projects depending on plan)
- Mentorship Attendance: Attend at least 90% of scheduled mentorship sessions
- Interview Preparation: Complete all mock interviews and preparation modules
- Application Authorization: Provide necessary authorization and materials for application submissions
- Responsiveness: Respond to interview opportunities within 24 hours of notification
- Professional Conduct: Maintain professional behavior in all interactions with employers
2.1 Disqualifying Actions
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- Participant fails to complete program requirements
- Participant declines qualifying interview opportunities
- Participant misses scheduled interviews without valid reason
- Participant provides false or misleading information to employers
- Participant violates terms of service or code of conduct
- Participant requests refund after the 180-day deadline
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 Timeline

If you haven't received qualifying interviews by day 100, you become eligible for a refund.
180-Day Mark: Refund Request Deadline
You must submit your refund request by day 180 (within 14 days of the refund window closing).

4. Success Fee Refund
Success fees are only charged upon accepting a qualifying employment offer. If you do not accept an offer, no success fee is owed, regardless of interview outcomes.
Important: If you receive a refund of the upfront program fee, no success fee will ever be owed, even if you later secure employment through connections made during the program.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are available in the following circumstances:
5.1 Early Withdrawal (Days 1-30)

5.2 Medical or Emergency Withdrawal
In cases of documented medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@100k-pathway.com with documentation.
6. No-Refund Scenarios
Refunds are explicitly NOT available for:
- Change of mind after 30 days
- Declining to participate in program activities
- Job offers that don't meet your personal preferences (but meet our qualifying criteria)
- Offers from companies you personally don't want to work for
- Salary offers at or above $80K that you decline
- Voluntary program withdrawal after day 30 without completing requirements
7. Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was made in error:
- Email appeals@100k-pathway.com within 14 days of denial
- Provide additional evidence of program completion
- Senior management will review within 7 business days
- Decision is final after appeal review
8. Contact
Our Commitment: We want you employed, not holding your money. This policy exists to protect both parties. If you complete the program and don't get interviews, you get refunded. If you half-ass the program and blame us, you don't. Fair deal.
This refund policy is part of our Terms of Service and is legally binding. By enrolling in 100K Pathway, you agree to these terms.
